When things seem difficult, quite often it is a "fear" that is making it so. It is a confusion between uncertainty and actual fear. It's the not knowing which that induces both.
Remember, it's just a bad day - not a bad life!
Sometimes we just need to stop thinking so much and go with our hearts, let it take you to where you need to be. Ask only yourself, and sometimes you'll be surprised what you hear. We are lost until we learn how to ask.
