Don't live in your past at the expense of your future. Our past is only part of our journey, it has happened, it has been and it cannot be changed. However it is important to not forget it, it has taught us many lessons along the way. The most important thing is your present as it leads your way to your future.
Take baby steps, take strides, but each one takes us forward. It takes us further on our journey of life, and all the joy, happiness, love and wonder we have to come. Every step and every breath brings us there.
No matter how dark some clouds may seem, we have the power and the strength to fly through them, fly over them and into blue skies again. Into our future and into all you can be.
