When you think about how you live your life and how you want to live your life what differences are there?
What if you were to make a contract to yourself (or someone else) to do the stuff you want/should. The stuff that you seem to deliberate over for no other reason than you just do. To do the stuff that makes you happy, to do the stuff that makes someone special smile. It's easy, all you need is to put the intention out there.
If it makes it easier you can write it down, put it somewhere prominent and read it regularly. If it's for someone else send them it in a text, an email, a letter. Let them know that you have them in your thoughts and in your heart.
"I forthwith agree to be contractually bound over from this day forward...."
