Happy damn Friday - Undone
Once a word is spoken it cannot be unspoken. When it is heard it cannot be unheard. When it is written it cannot be unwritten. With this in mind choose what we say and write wisely. Be kind with our words, and in those times when we feel it difficult, then do not use words as it may cloud our true emotion of what to express. Never let yourself be drawn into someone else's negativity.
When someone says something spiteful or hurtful, think not of the words, but instead shield yourself from their negativity. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of others, only ourselves. If someone is choosing to lash out with venom, the best we can do is to not absorb. Not let the negativity sting.
Do not dispel your words in anger, your time will come to speak with power of a million words and more powerful than a nation.
