Mr Bojangles has the story of a man who had nothing, but in his heart he was the richest man in the world. Why? Because he accepted himself for himself. He knew that with nothing to give on the outside, he had more than most to give from the inside. He gave himself.
It is not what's on the outside that matters it's what is on the inside that counts. Those who have least give most because they value everything. They value what matters and will share all they can. In our throw away society this is ever more prevalent. This is something we all should adopt in our approach to life. I'm not saying give everything you have away, but what if you start by sharing just a smile with the world. What if you start by letting the world see just how much you have on the inside. Let the world see you, the real and pure you.
This is what makes you beautiful, that is what makes you shine and this is what makes you 'you'.
