Quality and Value

Why is it we associate certain products and certain brands with luxury? We even do it with people too. The fact that a name or a logo can automatically make us assume that particular item is the best that money can buy?


I suppose it’s a combination of aspiring to own, if we haven’t, or knowing it’s good because we have owned/used previously. 


This got me thinking about what sets them apart. What makes a company become a super brand? The way I see it is they taking something that’s already available and just doing it better. In its simplest form, that’s exactly what they do. They don’t reinvent the wheel. 


This is an incredibly clever train of thought. 


Few brands have really nailed this concept: 

‘Do it, but do it better’


Now, what about when we look at where we are in our lives? We don’t need to completely reinvent ourselves; nobody does. Be yourself, everyone else is taken. Most importantly don’t be bought. 


See what has happened before, see what is happening around you and just choose to do it better. It’s a conscious decision to change how we perform in this thing called life. We can chose to no be the best of who we are, or we can chose to be better at what we do. You can chose to be the Rolls Royce of humans, so why wouldn’t you? Bring quality and value to all that you do.

We don’t need to reinvent the wheel - we just need to make sure it’s as round as we possible can... There’s a reason why they call it the circle of life.
