Reprogram Your Smile…

Something we need to remember is that nobody is responsible for our own happiness other than ourselves. It is one very important part of life that, whilst others can make us happy with their company, we are fully responsibly for our own happiness.

With this in mind, it is absolutely vital to remember that you should never be an option. Being an option will never open the doors for happiness.

You deserve to be happy and you deserve to allow yourself to have the gift of happiness - for it is a gift that we give ourselves. Unfortunately very few of us will ever realise that whilst happiness may be locked away with the secrets of life itself; it is you that holds the key. Unless you allow yourself to be happy, and with no boundaries, no barriers and I guess no bullshit, then this in itself will forever leaving you wanting.

We can be programmed in life to be a lot of things, but to be happy is something that sets us aside. I know we can all put on a smile for the benefit of the world around us, but when we smile for ourselves then we really notice the difference.

Remember that yesterdays answers have nothing to do with todays questions.

Give yourself a mantra tonight before you go to sleep. As you sit on the edge of your bed, just say out loud “I am not going to feel like this any more, I’m want to be happy”. You may just be amazed with how you feel tomorrow morning when you wake up. You might just feel like a weight has lifted, and that you feel re-energised. Happiness is contagious. It is, trust me on this, because when you take control of it, you will want it every day. The really cool bit is that you can have happiness everyday.

The path to happiness starts with that mantra, and then the inevitable smile when you wake up tomorrow. Happiness starts with a smile that comes up from within - what are you waiting for.

Just remember you have to allow yourself…
