Stress - More or Less…

When is the last time you got stressed about something, that you later thought about and the situation wasn’t worth the energy you wasted in stressing over it?


Sometimes it happens as a result of being passionate about something, only for someone to try and deflate your enthusiasm. This can happen in many different situations, but most often in a work environment. As you read that, I’m pretty sure you instantly think of someone like that. 


Just think, most of your stress comes from the way you react, not the way life is. If you adjust your attitude and your way of thinking, the extra stress dissipates without even trying. 


Some situations and some people aren’t worth a reaction. This is when the attitude adjustment within ourselves stops the inevitability of getting stressed. 


Remember, there is no point in stressing over something that you have no control over. 


Life becomes so much simpler when you change your thinking…
