When we are kids we just want to be a grown up, for the freedom that everyone “old” seems to have over us. I guess this stays until our teens, when we become old enough to gain independence and start to venture into life in our own way.
As we get older, especially as we enter our 20’s and beyond, most of us will continue to venture into life, though some may stagnate. Though venturing is where we learn. Where we grow. It can be through changing careers, changing where we live, changing who we are with. But the constant about the journey is change. Change to bring us to where we are meant to be.
This is your journey.
Never be afraid to be on your journey, no matter where it takes you. Remember this, it takes you there for a purpose. A purpose that you will never experience if you do not go, and a lesson you will not understand until you have been.
When you continue to find yourself in places you’ve never been before. Doing and enjoying things you’ve never done before. Being in the company of people you’ve never been with before, it’s because you’ve grown.
You experience, you learn, you grow…
