Everyone has a heart, not the biological keeping you alive type, but the metaphorical type. Everyone has the ability to have compassion, love and kindness. Everyone who has ever entered the world has had a heart.
Unfortunately some feel they can't let their heart out. They keep their true heart hidden for fear of showing a sign of weakness or fear of being hurt. Fear can never come into it. Never let fear stop you from anything in life. It can be debilitating if you let it - so why let it?
If you feel that your true heart is a heart within a heart, then keep going. Let it out, let it shine and let it be as big as it possibly can.
